These Terms govern your use of services provided by Noida Car Care. By engaging our services, you agree to these terms.
1. Service Agreement
All services are rendered based on the agreed scope, pricing, and timeline communicated to the customer prior to commencement of work.
2. Vehicle Inspection Terms
Vehicles are inspected upon arrival and any pre-existing damage is recorded. Customers are responsible for declaring known issues at the time of intake.
3. Payment Terms
Full payment is due upon completion of services and before vehicle release. We accept cash, UPI, card, and bank transfer.
4. Repair Authorization
No repairs will be carried out without explicit customer authorization. Any additional work identified mid-repair will be communicated for separate approval.
5. Customer Responsibilities
Customers must remove personal belongings, valuables, and documents from the vehicle. Noida Car Care is not responsible for items left inside.
6. Warranty Disclaimer
Workmanship is warranted for the specified period from delivery. Spare-part warranties follow the manufacturer's policy. Warranty is void in case of accident, misuse, or unauthorized modifications.
7. Limitation of Liability
Noida Car Care shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Maximum liability is limited to the value of the service performed.
8. Cancellation Policy
Service bookings may be cancelled before work begins. Once parts are ordered or work has started, applicable charges will apply.
9. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of courts at Noida, Uttar Pradesh.
